At Akshar Collection, we are committed to providing premium-quality ethnic wear and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Products with signs of use, perfume, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available only for eligible products.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations only.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or original packaging
- Customized or altered products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Return requests made after the return period
- Clearance Sale or Final Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
Important Information
- Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
- Minor variations in embroidery, weaving, prints, or fabric texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted ethnic wear and are not considered defects.
- Akshar Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above policy conditions.
